- I am a painter and printmaker, living in western New York. I spend most days working in my studio in South Lima, interrupted by the Wonder Dogs, Uly and Finn, and not taking anywhere near enough time to fish, paddle, hike and snowshoe.

Great job Richard. You're a very talented young man. I never had a sense of how things were built in your work before. The several stages of underpainting helps me to understand how you get such rich and deep spaces, full of weight and atmosphere. Well done.
